Now the Great Recession, Futures Up Early

Tokyo closed marginally higher (21 points, 0.21%). London is also higher (20 points, 0.40%) and New York futures are trading higher about 0.60%.

Notice how the language has now changed to the "Great Recession"? I wonder when we add the dreaded D.

Gold's bouncing back after the dollar has paused for a few days. The shiny metal is back over $1,100 an ounce after dipping toward the $1,000 level.
